	We know what you're thinking, what's with the name and who's this Oscar guy? Well, Oscar was a Pittsburgh native with big dreams of the Hollywood lifestyle. He had a passion for food and loved when his kitchen table was filled with family and friends. His door was always open for anyone looking for a bite and a conversation. Everyone knew Oscar's love of Hollywood and always threw a few pennies into the "Hollywood Jar" with promises of a plane ticket when the jar was full. More often than not, Oscar's "Hollywood Jar" was used to purchase meat and produce for his weekly guests rather than a plane ticket. Eventually, his family realized the jar was always empty and decided that if Oscar wasn't going to get to Hollywood, they would bring Hollywood to Oscar! From that point on, it was tradition to bring a movie poster and other Hollywood flare in return for a great meal. Soon enough, Oscar's kitchen was transformed and complete with a hand made "OSCARS" sign. That's right, "OSCARS" not "OSCAR'S." The typo stuck and became part of Oscar's vision of great food, great company and great times. OSCARS HOLLYWOOD BAR & GRILL was born!
